How the Booking Process Works

We Confirm Availability

We’ll check your requested date and confirm:

  • Final pricing

If your preferred date isn’t available, we’ll offer the closest alternative.

3.

Pay Your Deposit (Secure Your Date)

Once confirmed, a booking deposit is required to lock in your charter.

  • Your booking is not secured until payment is made

  • A payment link or invoice will be sent to you

4.

Booking Confirmed

Once your deposit is received, your charter is locked in.

We’ll send your full booking details and everything you need to know before your day on the water.

Please note: Dates are only secured once your deposit has been paid. Enquiries alone do not hold a booking.

Broadwater Cruises

Private cruises on the Gold Coast Broadwater for relaxed days on the water, social gatherings and special occasions.

Suitable for:
Sunset cruises, birthdays, family gatherings, small celebrations, social groups, corporate functions, hens parties, bucks parties and private events.

  • Minimum booking:

    • Mon to Fri: 4 hours

    • Weekends & Holidays: 3 hours

    • Maximum guests: 10

    Operating hours:

    • Mon to Fri: 8am – 5pm

    • Weekends & Holidays: 9am – 6pm

    • BYO food and drinks welcome

    • Mon to Fri: from $495 per hour

    • Sat, Sun, Public & School Holidays: from $595 per hour

    • Private vessel hire (Medusa – Riviera 36SC)

    • Experienced skipper

    • Access to the Gold Coast Broadwater and surrounding waterways

Seasonal whale watching experiences along the Gold Coast coastline, planned around migration patterns and suitable ocean conditions.

Season:
Approximately June to October

    • Minimum booking: 2.5 hours

    • Maximum guests: 8

    • Operating hours: 7am – 5pm

    • Mon to Fri: from $595 per hour

    • Sat, Sun, Public & School Holidays: from $695 per hour

  • Whale watching operates seasonally (approximately June to October) and is subject to migration patterns, weather and ocean conditions.

Supportive, inclusive and tailored on-water experiences designed for NDIS participants and their support teams.

These private tours provide a calm and flexible environment, allowing participants to enjoy time on the water in a way that suits their individual needs.

    • Tour guide or elder: 1

    • Minimum booking: 4 hours

    • Maximum booking: 8 hours

    All bookings are subject to vessel availability, weather, sea conditions and confirmation from our team.

  • Submitting an enquiry does not automatically confirm your booking.

    Once we’ve reviewed your request and confirmed availability, you’ll receive the next steps to secure your charter. A booking deposit is required before the date is locked in.

    Please note:

    • Dates are only secured once the deposit has been paid

    • Final balance payment terms will be provided at confirmation

    • Weather and marine conditions may affect scheduling, particularly for offshore and whale watching charters

  • Availability changes regularly depending on charter demand, seasonal conditions and private bookings already in place.

    To check availability, submit your preferred date through the booking enquiry form. We recommend booking early for:

    • School holidays

    • Public holidays

    • Long weekends

    • Peak whale watching season

    • Popular event dates and sunset cruise times

    If your preferred date is unavailable, we’ll do our best to offer the closest alternative.

  • Yes. Broadwater cruises are ideal for birthdays, social gatherings, small celebrations, work functions, hens parties, bucks parties and other private group events.

  • Yes. All charters are subject to suitable weather and marine conditions. Offshore fishing and whale watching bookings are especially dependent on safe operating conditions.

  • Yes. You submit your enquiry first, and once availability is confirmed, you’ll be invited to pay the deposit to secure the booking.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, sunset cruise times and whale watching season.
