All Medusa Charters bookings are fully private experiences, tailored to your group and the conditions on the day.

A booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
Departure times, inclusions, and vessel details are confirmed prior to your charter date.

The Skipper reserves the right to adjust departure times, locations, or trip plans based on weather, marine conditions, and safety requirements.

Operating offshore and within the Broadwater means conditions matter.

Your Skipper has final authority on whether a charter proceeds.
If conditions are deemed unsafe, we will offer:

• A rescheduled date

• A credit toward a future charter

• Or a refund where applicable

We do not cancel for light rain or mild wind if conditions remain safe and navigable.

Safety always comes first.

Because your vessel is reserved exclusively for your group:

• Cancellations within 14 days of departure are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling may be available depending on notice provided.

• No-shows or late arrivals are non-refundable.

• Change of mind does not qualify for a refund.

We recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind.

Marine environments carry inherent risks.

By boarding Medusa, guests acknowledge:

• Exposure to open water and changing sea conditions

• The use of fishing equipment (where applicable)

• The possibility of slips, trips, and movement onboard

All guests must follow safety instructions from the Skipper at all times.

Children must remain supervised by a responsible adult.

If any guest has a medical condition that may impact their safety onboard, this must be disclosed prior to departure.

BYO alcohol may be permitted depending on charter type.

Responsible consumption is required.

The Skipper reserves the right to:

• Refuse alcohol service

• Terminate the charter

• Return to port

If guest behaviour compromises safety.

Illegal substances are strictly prohibited onboard.

Fishing success depends on seasonal patterns, tides, and conditions.

While we position you in the best possible locations based on experience and local knowledge, specific catch outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
